The school of medicine started its educational activities by accepting 55 students in medicine in 1988. Currently, the school of medicine comprises majors in general medicine, postgraduates, and residency. The school has 278 faculty members including 32 professors, 85 associate professors, 161 assistant professors. This School has 2575 students, the first group of medical students graduated in 1995. Undergraduate program in our faculty is based on integration in basic science and physiopathology levels.
